Axios is a news website with a mission of efficient news worthy of user’s time, attention and trust. They cover local news, politics, health, media and more.

This work was a 3-part project spanning Axios’ websites and mobile app.  

The challenge

How might we improve discoverability of Axios content within our products?

Outcomes

Providing readers with smarter search results with the implementation of Algolia. Improving scannability with a light revamp of the axios.com search experience and introducing basic search functionality to Axios Local websites and the mobile app.
