Hearst Newspapers is the corporate operating group responsible for Hearst’s local and national newspaper properties including The San Francisco Chronicle, Houston Chronicle and The Albany Times Union among others. 

This work covered user testing and light UI updates in support of our visual and brand design team’s redesigned home and story pages for sfgate.com.

How might we increase CTR on our homepage? How might we increase scroll-depth on story pages?
